Design and production of single-purpose machines
We are engaged in custom and series manufacturing of machinery and equipment including complete 3D design. We primarily focus on the manufacture of single-purpose machines and the various jigs required in the production processes.
Single-purpose machines
We deliver the production of practical custom single-purpose machines to the market. According to customer specifications, we are capable of designing and building machines using a modern CAD design workstation, completely manufacture the machine, outfit it with a control system and perform on-site testing at customer premises. We also provide all the essential documents such as revisions, manuals, declarations of conformity, etc.
Jigs
In addition to the production of complete machines, we also focus on the design and manufacture of all types of machinery jigs such as machining, measuring, assembly and welding jigs.

Design is done in the modern 3D environment of Solid Edge software. This software is capable of 3D visualisation, thus providing a better idea of the entire machine. The model is subsequently used to make 2D drawings and the part is assigned to production. In the case of elements under static stress, we also perform static calculation using the finite elements method.
Our workshop equipment is also state-of-the-art. We have modern milling centres, presses and other equipment.
